How does the process work?

Firstly, welcome and congrats on the announcement of your big day.

After either filling out the form below, messaging or emailing us, we will get in touch with you.

We try to reply on the same day, but this may take longer during busy periods.

Once we find out your requirements for your wedding, we will then offer a selection of our packages for you.

Can we arrange a consultation call before booking?

Absolutely and this is free of charge, where we can discuss your special day and any questions or thoughts you may have regarding our packages.

How much of a deposit do you require? When is it due?

We require a 25% deposit and this needs to be paid for your big day to be logged into our calendar.

Can you hold my date?

We work on a very fast moving booking system, especially during the peak months and therefore

we cannot hold dates as this would be unfair to other couples who are ready to pay their deposit for the same date.

Do you charge a travel fee?

We do not charge a travel fee within our main working region (South East England and London), but we do weddings throughout the UK & the world.

We would love to know where your wedding is & if there is a travel fee we will of course let you know before hand, so there are no hidden costs for you.

Will we receive a contract?

Once you have decided to book our services we will send you an invoice, with terms and conditions attached.

How does the payment work?

We take payments primarily via bank transfers and also Paypal, once the 25% deposit is paid, the balance is then due by latest, the week leading up to the wedding. Some of our clients pay monthly installments, while others pay the balance (75%) the week before the wedding.

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes we do, it covers up to £10,000,000.00

Do you have a license for your drone & pilot license?

Yes we do.

Wedding Preparations

I have booked my wedding photo & / or video package , what next?

We firsly get your booked into our calendar and your big day locked in. We will then create and share a Google Wedding Day Schedule document with you, where you will be able to fill out any new information regarding your wedding day schedule. This will be visible to us, without you needing to export it for us.

This will all help us to be able to plan with you, the shoot for your wedding day.

For the wedding photography you will also be able to upload any specific “group shots” and any “couple shot” ideas you may have shot on the day.

For the wedding videography we ask for 3 wedding songs, this could be, for example, your “favourite song”, “first dance song” and “your couple song”.

We will use these songs for your personalised and unique wedding video.

Do you offer pre-wedding calls?

Definitely:). Once we have the majority of the details in the Google Wedding Day document, we will arrange to hold a video call with you. During the call we will go through the wedding day’s schedule and ultimately make sure everything, from the shoot perspective is 100% ready for your big day.

This call is also free of charge.

Can we request a list of specific shots we would like?

Of course, you will be able to share this with us on the shared Google document you’ll receive when booking with us or via our WhatsApp chat, whichever is easiest for you.

Can you do extra hours?

We can be do extra hours, arranged prior to the wedding date.

However, we can not always guarantee that we can do more than a 10 hour wedding shoot, based on how busy we are and if we have weddings the day before and / or after yours and time-wise things don’t work.

But ultimately, let us know your thoughts and we’ll see how best we may be able to accomodate you.
